Permanent Holiday Lights in Plano, TX
Plano sits against Frisco’s southern edge, so the same year-round lighting systems show up on both sides of the city line—but the housing stock is not identical.
How Plano homes differ
West Plano streets near Legacy and older lots around downtown Plano often have mature trees that change how an installer hides track and aims light. East Plano and areas closer to the tollway lean toward later two-story brick homes with long, clean eaves.
A typical Plano elevation may need more footage on the rear living-area wall than a newer Frisco spec home, especially where a patio cover or sunroom was added after the original build. Mention additions on the form so the installer does not price only the street face.
HOA notes for Plano
Many Plano associations already have language for architectural lighting. Some still want a warm-white default after 10 p.m. even if game-day colors are fine on weekends. Send the guideline PDF with your request if you have it.
Installers who already work Frisco regularly cross into Plano for a single-day scope. That keeps travel from dominating the visit, but it does not change the fact that we only make the introduction.
Typical Frisco-area per-foot ranges still apply as a starting point, but they are not a Plano bid. See cost context and who we are.
