This notice explains what the quote form collects and who may see it. It is written for a referral website, not a medical or financial product.
Information we collect
The quote form asks for name, phone, email, address or neighborhood, ZIP code, home stories, optional linear footage, and an optional message. We also receive technical logs such as time of submission. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.
How we use it
We use the details to introduce you to an independent local installer and to operate this website. If you check the consent box, you agree that an installer may contact you by phone, text, or email about the request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Who we share it with
Quote contents are emailed or forwarded to our inbox and to the installer we introduce. Hosting, form, and email providers (for example Vercel and whichever email API you configure) may process the same data as part of delivering the message. We do not sell lists of visitors as a separate product on this page.
Calls and texts
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and to connect you with a local installer. By calling, you consent to that recording. Standard carrier rates may apply to texts.
Retention and requests
Lead records stay as long as needed to make the introduction and handle follow-up questions. Email hello@friscopermanentlights.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion of a form submission we still control. Installers we already contacted keep their own records.
